For the next 30 days, I challenge you to run at least 1 mile a day for the next 30 days. You can obviously run more than 1 mile if you would like but the minimum is 1 mile.

1 mile is not that much.

You can walk a mile in 20 minutes.

Do you have 20 minutes a day? 10 minutes?

Add a mile to each day at the gym. This challenge might seem simple but the goal here is consistency.

It’s better to run 1 mile a day for 30 days than it is to run 30 miles at once every 30 days.
